As the commissioner, you should provide me:
~ commission type
~ background ideas
~ detailed references or explanations of what you want in your commission, specifically:
character description, clothing description, pose, setting, any background details you may want

Will draw:
~ Props - weapons, food, etc.
~ Male and female characters
~ Soft-core gore and NSFW
~ Flowers, armor, gems, etc.

Won't draw:
~ Full NSFW
~ Hardcore gore
~ Animals (animal ears and/or tail aka "Kemonomimi" are okay!)
~ Mecha

My name is Miranda and it's lovely to meet you!
I've been a mild artist all my life, but never seriously got into it - just doing light arts and crafts things for most of my life. Once I discovered digital art, I got really interested in learning how to improve. I've been doing traditional art since ~2014 and digital art technically since 2016, but only pretty seriously since about August 2019, and this was still primarily learning color theory, anatomy, style, etc. Now, I have commissions open and a wonderfully supportive friend group who encourages me to improve and try to make this little hobby of mine, a living!

Terms of service

As the artist, you can expect from me:
~ Consistent and transparent communication.
~ An estimate on the amount of time I believe I will need for your commission.
~ Possibility to stream the commission process.
~ Share the sketch or work in progress.
~ Answer any and all questions you have about my process.
~ Send ideas, sketches, and work in progress photos to you.
~ Send completed images to you in your desired method.
~ If you have commissioned emotes, I will give you an official graphic that showcases your emote(s).

As the commissioner, I will expect from you:
~ Consistent and transparent communication.
~ Provide detailed and accurate information you will want for your commission.
~ In text, consent to my terms of service.
~ Feedback on my work during the process, critiques, etc.
~ To ask questions about anything you're unsure of.
~ To credit me wherever you use my artwork.

Pricing & Refunds
~ All payments will be made in USD to my Paypal.
~ I have the right to adjust pricing as needed based on complexity or time restrictions.
~ All commissions must be paid in full upfront if it costs less than $60.
~ Any commissions worth $60 or more have the option to pay 50% up front and 50% after I have finished the sketch.
~ The commissioner may not request drastic changes after the sketch is complete and payment is made. If you are still very unhappy but want the commission finished with your changes, I may add extra charge up to 50% of full commission price depending on the complexity of the changes.
~ I have the right to cancel and refund any commission at any time during the process.
~ The commissioner can cancel a commission fully before a payment is made.
~ The commissioner can cancel a commission after a payment is made and receive 50% of their money back, up until the sketch is finished.
~ Once the sketch is finished and line-art is started, the commissioner cannot cancel or ask for a refund.

Commercial Rights for Illustrations
A purchase of commercial rights will cost 300% of the original price of the commission.| This kind of commission would include but are not limited to:
drawings for merchandise of any kind, advertisements, and promotions |Stream graphics prices are not included in this, unless those graphics are used to create merchandise, for example.If you are a business or intend to make money with your social media page, with commercial rights, you will be able to:
~ Produce merchandise for sale with credit,
~ Post the artwork on books with credit,
~ Use the commission as a cover, banner, or logo with credit, and
~ Use the commission as advertising to an extent with credit.Contact me for more details.

Miscellaneous
~ I can deny any commission requests without the need for an explanation.
~ I hold any and all rights to the commission. This means I can promote, display, and/or publish the piece in any place or website, live-stream the process, and post it on social media.
~The commissioner can use any commission for personal use. This means you can post the commission with proper credit to me, you can use the commission for display for your personal use, you can use the commission to print on clothes or other for personal use. If the commission is a gift for someone else, the same rights apply to that person.
~ The commissioner can NOT edit, distribute, reproduce, claim credit of, or trace the commission.
